We will deliver your pet products and supplies anywhere in Kuwait.
All deliveries for online orders are dispatched on the same day or on the next working day after the order has been placed. In case an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
All orders placed before 9.00 PM will be delivered the same day.
Orders made after 9.00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Areas beyond Fahaheel will be considered as long distance (Ahmadi, Um Al Hayman, Mina Abdullah, etc.).
Chalet and Farm areas, e.g. Khiran, Wafra, Nuwaiseeb, Bnaider, Sabah Al Ahmed, will be delivered within 24 Hours with additional delivery charges of 10 KD
Areas beyond Jahra will be considered as long distance (Al Mutlah, Abdali Farms area, etc.).
For long distance deliveries, our team would require 2 hours to reach their destination.
All deliveries that contain products that require installation such as aquariums, large cages & large scratching posts, will be delivered within 48 hours.
A 10 KD additional charge will be applied on long-distance deliveries (farms, chalets, and border areas) except for horse feed deliveries which will be delivered free of charge to anywhere in Kuwait.
Petzone will also offer FREE installation of your new products upon delivery except for aquarium tanks which will have additional charges. Please visit our Aquarium Services page or contact our team for more details.
